We are not the only mold-manufacturers that master multiple-K(3K), insert-moulding or in-mould assembly. Combining these features in multi/ high cavity-moulds is however a competence that makes us stand out from the crowd.
Even if the technologies required are less demanding, Tecnifreza will build you a very long-lasting mould generating higher up-time and cavity uniformity. To summarize; a piece of production engineering with a lower integral investment. We are a paperless company adhering to the Industry 4.0 practices combining mold-craftsmanship and mold-manufacturing.
As a one-stop-shop service provider, we offer our expertise from part-design and rheology through the full injection moulding process approval.
In the moulding industry for more than 30 years, we are specialized in 1k, 2k and 3k precision and high performance technical moulds. Integrating a trial center with the latest mould injection machines which allows the production of mono, bi and trimaterial plastic parts. We also work on I&D projects development, with the collaboration of other companies and the technological and scientific portuguese system in order to introduce innovative concepts for injection and micro-injection tooling.

At Tecnifreza, our production machines are smart and advanced; they are more than capable of performing overtime tasks based on CAM-programming, and thus optimizing the production process.
With a paperless and digital manufacturing system, everything is always tracked. It can tell us precisely where the mold-sections are and nowhere else. To this purpose we developed our own software called Wemold360.
If you build mold-blocks to specifications, the final tool-assembly is no longer a “trial and error” exercise, trust us!
We adhere to the industry 4.0 principles.
04.Trials & Iterations
Every tool we build undergoes several “Dry-Run” tests. Our process engineers will execute the first trials (FOT) and define a process based on the “design of experiment” principles.
The metrology lab is equipped with CMM, CT-scan and Video Inspect (GOM software). We consider the department as our VAR (Video Assistant Referee). Cp & Cpk data hardly lies.
We will perform the tool iteration loops till your components meet specification and functionality. We have your application in mind.
As we hate to see the mold leave, we will always offer to produce a first limited production run. This also prevents the mold to rush its travels.
Each mold leaving Tecnifreza comes with a MoldBook. It tells the story of each mold and contains a.o. the 2D & 3D data, the maintenance and (dis)assembly plans.
It is your investment in up-time.

Com um parque de máquinas diversificado e atual e uma equipa experiente garantimos o cumprimento de exigentes prazos e tolerâncias e elaboramos planos de produção sólidos que permitem respeitar os compromissos assumidos com o cliente, mas também garantir flexibilidade de adaptação às suas necessidades.
Para maximizar a eficiência operacional a área produtiva está organizada por seções e adotámos a filosofia Lean, para a qual foi desenhada uma mascote, “O TEC”, e que tem por lema “Todos, num único objetivo!”.
